Report indications of violations

According to the Whistleblower Protection Act

 

1. Elucidation

 

1. Both employees and our business partners (customers and suppliers) are authorised to submit reports.

 

2. It is possible to submit your report anonymously by not disclosing any personal information that could reveal your identity. However, it may be helpful to provide your contact details in order to investigate violations more effectively. Your identity will not be disclosed to anyone other than the compliance contact and the relevant departments and bodies involved in the case without your express consent (exceptions may apply in the case of official investigations or legal proceedings).

 

3. Only the compliance contact person and their team are initially made aware of your report and coordinate further steps to clarify the matter. Unauthorised employees of the company have no access to the report. All information is treated as strictly confidential.

4. If you have provided contact details, the compliance contact person can get in touch with you confidentially if they have any queries. You can also provide further information at any time.

5. The reporting form is used to receive reports of violations of laws, codes of conduct and guidelines. For general complaints or questions about our products, please use our general contact address.

6. Please only submit reports that you are sure are true. Deliberately making false claims should be avoided, as this can lead to legal consequences for the whistleblower. If in doubt, please label your report as an assumption or as a statement by a third party.

7. You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as your report has been received. If you have provided your e-mail address, you will be informed of the current processing status by e-mail from the Compliance contact person.

Note: If no contact details are provided, we will not be able to contact you if we have any queries. The contact will be treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act (see point 1. Elucidation).
